Interactive chart Support for info module

I 'm not able to open the interactive chart of a spread....starting from the watchlist folder, I click on the chart to make it
interactive so that I can put the BBands, the RSI and so on, but as I click it opens a new page completely white (empty)....
I know I'm not the only one....what should I do?
