seasonal lines

Hello,

I'm no more able to seethe lines of beginning and end of seasonality in builder. I checked flash player and it is up to date and enabled. I have tested the same behavior on IE, Chrome and Firefox. The only way to see the lines is in the preview of the graph under strategies-recommend tab, see attached pictures

Hi, in first screenshot you have enter and exit dates same 2018-01-30 so there's no seasonal window to display. If you change it, you should see it. Btw we moved from Flash to HTML5 for interactive charting, so no need to have Flash plugin anymore.

thanks for your answer. I followed your suggestion but I still can't see seasonal lines, see attached

Green enter line is in the chart, I can see it. Exit line is not there because your exit date is after spread expiration

green line is indicating the date of January 30 that is the enter date set in the builder, it is not indicating the beginning of the seasonality that is January 23 as indicated in the attached picture.

let me try to rephrase: when I entered a spread in the builder I was used to see automatically the two lines indicating the beginning and end of the seasonality, after the change to html5 I'm no more able to see it.
The green line showed in my capture is the date indicated in the enter date of the builder....

Is there anything wrong or what am i missing?

There can be some bug, but sorry I'm not able understand from your description what you mean. I don't remember any automatic seasonality after entering spread in builder. Please try to exactly describe step by step how to reproduce it.
