diference between standard & normalized stacked

Hi everyone ,
Could you please explane to me which is the diference between the standard & normalized stacked charts and , if is possible , try to explane to me how and when I have to use one or the other ?

it explains how normalization works. With standard you can see absolute values, with normalized you can compare relative values.
