it's a problem with Adobe Flash plugin. Please update Flash plugin and check that it's enabled in your webbrowser

Problem solved by downloading firefox and installing the plugin for flash player
I could not fix the problem with Edge for Windows 10, but it does not matter...now i use Firefox^_^
